Some time on the beach! What could be better than that? Oh yeah, great times with good friends while learning how to fly stunt kites. Step Up! will be headed to Grand Haven May 23 immediately following church to attend the Grand Haven Kite Festival. While there, we will see stunt kite acrobatics that will leave you amazed, followed by some time where we will be able to fly stunt kites for ourselves. Lunch will be served and our regularly scheduled youth group will be later in the evening on the beach.

Past kite festivals have been warm and some have been really cold. So be sure to dress accordingly!

When:
Sunday, May 22 immediately following church.

Where:
We will all meet at church and we will drive to Grand Haven. We are estimating that we will be back at GCF between 7 and 8. We will give everyone an opportunity to call parents for the exact time of arrival to church when we leave Grand Haven.

How much:
The kite festival is free and lunch will be provided. We may be stopping afterward for ice cream so you may want to bring a few bucks for that..
